Business On The Move is experienced in internal as well as off-site relocations.
We have moved offices, medical facilities, laboratories, libraries, retail
establishments, warehouse facilities as well as industrial and manufacturing
companies. We will work with you to insure a limited amount of "down time" for
your business. We are experienced in managing relocations to eliminate
production and computer operation interruptions.
HANDLING
We have the know how and experience to properly pack and handle computers,
electronics, medical equipment, laboratory equipment and a variety of
machinery. Even your fine artwork can be properly packaged and safely moved
by our experienced full-time crew members. All our trucks and trailers are
equipped with air-ride suspension to insure the smoothest ride possible. We
can supply you with boxes and packaging to properly protect all your belongings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Each relocation is manned by a full time crew supervisor and uniformed
full-time crew members. All crew members are employees of Business On The
Move. The crew supervisor can answer any questions or concerns you have
during your actual relocation. They are in constant communication with crew
members and our main office via cell/radio communication.
NO SMOKING
Our entire staff does not smoke while on the job or in the area of a client's
furniture or equipment.
TAGGING
All of the client's employees will be instructed on how to tag and label the
furniture and equipment in their area so everything is properly placed in its new
location. A four page tagging and packing pamphlet will be made available to
all your employees telling them how to prepare their areas for transport.
Instructions will be given on what drawers to empty and which can remain "as
is" to elminate unnecessary work and confusion. Each employee or area can
be given a code color/number to insure all items are distributed to their proper
locations once they are moved.
DISASSEMBLY / REINSTALLATION
Business On The Move employs experienced certified technicians for all new
and used furniture systems. Local and national services are available. We also
employ space planners for assistance in reconfiguring your new space using
your presently owned furniture and workstations or integrating new stations and
furniture, which we can also supply.
